A site worth the hype

I get emails about new releases and one particular peeked my interested. Immediately went to the site, bought it, and thanks to the updated tracking, could anticipate when it would show up.
Happy to say I'm loving my new Rasasi Hawas Fire.

Good online store, fair prices. Customer service is lacking.

Make sure you do your research before pulling the trigger. I place an order but immediately asked to cancel it cause I wanted a another item added. So I asked to combine them to pay less shipping. They replied "late" after a few days and said it's too late to cancel even though they shipped it 3 days later after the email response. Overall good online prices. They use UPS and it's very unreliable. But that's any service company in Canada right now.

Best company to buy from.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with the colognes I received. The product quality is exceptional, reflecting a great attention to detail and craftsmanship. However, I was disappointed with the lengthy order fulfillment process. In today's fast-paced world, it's hard to understand why it takes so long. A quicker delivery would make the experience even better.

On time and well pacakged

I am an avid purchaser from Fragrance Buy, I purchase 2 or 3 times per month from them and I have always gotten my orders in good state and on time. My perfumes are well packaged in their box, with foamy bits and the box is well closed. I recommend FB always for the one of the best prices too. I have only had good experiences with them so no need for me to contact customer service.
