I called in a day before to make sure that I could get a cake for my niece , and he confirmed the opening time was 11 am , I was early the next day for 10 minutes and surprisingly he opened the door at 1050 am and welcomed me in to sort me out ! He was way cool and patient about the questions I had and explained well , I got a few ice creams for my staff back in the office and he made all of them with a smile . When the cake was ready he was all smiles and ring me up , and of coz because of his exceptional service I got more ice cream ! DQ ! you have a winner here that represent your establishment well !”
